Another Alexa!?!

We recently moved Alexa out of her infant car seat into a larger convertible carseat (Graham's old one). Graham declared that now we could use the old seat for "the new baby". I explained that there was not going to be a new baby, and he looked all surprised and said, "but I want another baby sister! Can we get one? Can we get another Alexa?"

Apparently he thought there was going to be a revolving supply of babies, as each grew out of their car seat and into the next... Just to clarify, we are not the Jolie-Pitt family!

Alexa just had her 6 month appointment, and now weighs 18 pounds, 9 ounces (90th percentile). She does enjoy her food! She is around 26 inches tall, or close to 75th percentile. She's practicing her pre-crawling moves, and can almost pull up to a stand now.

Uncle David returned from his South American travels, and brought llamas for both kids, plus a cool soccer shirt for Graham. He wears that shirt as much as is humanly possible. Here he is with the shirt and the llama (pre-haircut - I know he really needed one):

Also, please check out the Scenes of St. Louis blog (listed on right side of our blog too), to which David is a contributor.

  1. Shirt looks great - I was worried it wouldn't fit him at all.

For those of you not up on your Argentine soccer, the shirt logo of CABJ stands for "Club Atletico Boca Juniors". Boca Juniors are one of the top soccer clubs in Argentina.

  2. More for soccer nerds:
The shirt is #10 for Juan Roman Riquelme,
who is Boca's most famous player.
